NRVCS (New River Valley Community Services) is the public provider of behavioral health services to residents of the New River Valley. NRVCS offers community-based programs for both children and adults who are living with mental illness, developmental disabilities and/or substance use disorders. Services offered include mental health services for children and adults, intellectual disability services for children, REACH services, peer support services, psychiatric services, diagnostic services, and emergency evaluation and crisis intervention.
