VDARS: Henrico
The Virginia Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services (VDARS) Autism Services program helps individuals on the autism spectrum prepare for the world of work and adult life through a comprehensive model that incorporates effective Vocational Rehabilitation practices, evidence based services, meaningful collaboration, and access to providers with essential expertise, knowledge and skills for working with persons with autism. Its VR program offers employment-related services and resources as career counseling, vocational evaluation, and job training. VDARS has offices in locations throughout the state.
